Story Board For Documentary

     My group and I have been working on our story board and are set on our ideas for the informative documentary. We have officially decided on the topic of disabilities. 

    We met over Christmas break to come up with the script and information we want to include (this script is what is seen in the image.) We found two people to interview and another person for the demonstration of mental disability. Isaias Suarez has a physical disability missing both legs and one hand. Joseph Kramer has a case of Autism and ADHD. Lastly, Victoria Hall who has diagnosed Anxiety and panic disorders. 

    We plan to interview Isaias and Joseph and use Victoria for a point of view demonstration of how anxiety affects the brain and how a person thinks. Joseph and Isaias agreed to share their story’s with how their disability affects their daily life. 

     In the opening montage we want to introduce each individual and have them say what kind of disability they have. We will have a wide shot with a title underneath each of them with a voiceover of them saying their name and description. Then, the first section will be all about physical disabilities. This is my informational section. I will talk about what a physical disability is, how it affects life, and what can cause it. Then, we will go into the interview with Isaias which will contain b-roll and pictures. The next section is mental disability which is Kyleigh’s section. She will also go into detail about what a mental disability is and explain the different types of of mental disability like anxiety and depression. Following that will be the demonstration of anxiety with Victoria. The last section is Kaylee’s section with intellectual disability. She will tell information about it and go into Joseph’s interview. 

    We do not have a set closing yet but as of now we all want to come together at the end and say how disabilities do not limit a person.
